We collect and process data in an aggregated and anonymized manner. We do not collect, store, or process any individual user data or personal information. The data we work with is aggregated and stripped of any identifiers, ensuring that no individual can be singled out or identified.

Our primary purpose for collecting and analyzing data is to provide valuable insights and services to our customers. The aggregated data we process is used for analysis, reporting, and optimization purposes, without ever exposing or utilizing individual user data.

Customer Data Ownership and On-Premises Analytics 

We recognize that our customers own their data and analytics. While we process and analyze aggregated data on their behalf, the underlying individual-level data remains the property of our customers. We do not claim ownership or rights over any customer data however we will from time to time need to access your data to ensure a high quality product.

Our strategy involves enabling customers to perform analytics on their own machines and premises (on-prem). This approach ensures that customers have complete control over their data and do not need to worry about data being stored in the cloud.

Data Sources 

The aggregated marketing analytics data we work with can come from various sources, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms. We aim to leverage plugins and integrations as much as possible, minimizing the need to store or generate extra secrets like cloud API keys.

Data Retention 

As we do not collect or store individual user data, we do not have any specific data retention policies or requirements related to individual data deletion. The aggregated data we process is retained for the duration necessary to provide our services and fulfill legal obligations.
